The referenced archive is a valid file. It can be successfully downloaded use
IE 6. After download with Mozilla, Winzip8.1/9.0Beta, Linux tar and Linux gunzip
report the file to be of invalid archive format. The file downloaded with IE
works fine. Tested on several machines, multiple downloads on each. Same results
every time on every machine.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to the URL
2.Save the file to the local filesystem
3.Attempt to open it with WinZip, tar or gunzip
Actual Results:
Get error message: File is not a valid archive.
Expected Results:
Downloaded it correctly.
This appears to be a dup of bug 140301. The file is "silently" unzipped to a
.tar. If you change the extension to .tar, all seems well.
