This listed web page opens another window with an add in it, dispite the popup
blocker being enabled.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the site and just wait for it to load.

Actual Results:
An ad window pops.
Expected Results:
Killed the bastard. :)

Ive noticed this two, I have Popup Blocking for all sites and i have noticed a few
come up on occasion, if i remember the sites it happened i will let you know

This is using the "form.submit() to _blank" trick. There is an existing bug on
that....
