The UI for junk mail control would be better located and more easily found if
they appeared as a new section "Junk Mail" per mail account. I tried to find
where I could disable junk mail controls for a cell-phone mailbox used for
sys.admin. alerts (6000+ old messages accessed by IMAP) and it was NOT evident.
I tried looking under:
Edit > Mail & Newsgroup Account Settings > by mail account
I could not find anything pertaining to Junk Mail control. Only after about 15
minutes did I stumble upon it in the Tools menu.
