Build: 06-19 1.4 branch build on Mac 10.2.6 with Japanese locale Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch browser, and go to Edit | Preferences. 2. Click on the preferences items, you will find quite a few of them are UI in buttons, strings..., e.g. Appearance | Language/Content, Navigator, Mail & newsgroups | Composition, Send Format, Instant messenger, ...etc. The Preferences dialog can not be resized. I remember we had open bugs for this even on US locale, but when I check this on US locale, it not that bad as before there; but with Japanese locale, it's really can be a problem

From Ying: this is US issue, for JA, I can change the dialog size, we wont have this problem, i think this is not a stopper at all, it's really for who use US build on JA locale. I agree, this is not a stopper, but seems like the dialogs should automatically resize to the text using the current font metrics. Moving to Preferences component.
