After closing and reopening mozilla the site icon is replaced by the default one. After entering the site again via the bookmark the sites icon is placed next to the bookmark again. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. open bookmarks in sidebar 2. add bookmark of www.de.debian.org 3. close and reopen mozilla Actual Results: site icon is replaced by default again Expected Results: saving the site icons in the bookmarks would be very nice to speed up looking for sprecific websites in large bookmark-folders.
dupe of bug 113574 ?
I just checked 113574 an the problem seems to be mentioned in Comment #61, b ut for me closing a window an reopening works as well as updatin the icons in different simultaneous open windows. Only exiting mozilla looses everything everytime. Also seems to be similar to bug 113430, but not identical, cause here the sidebar and not the toolbar shows the problem, but maybe for the same reason.
per summary and comment 2, this is a dupe of bug 114824. (see bug 11824 comment 29) *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 114824 ***
