Have been using 1.3 successfully.
After downloading the installer exe, restarting, and launching the installer,
install proceeds smoothly until the XP dialog box (..a serious error has
occurred...send/don't send report...etc.) pops up.  Tried uninstalling and
reinstalling, same result.  Tried four times.  Ended up uninstalling 1.4 and
rerunning the 1.3 installer.  This was successful.

Reporter:
Please uninstall 1.3, delete the whole Mozilla application folder (except the
plugins subdirectory) and Mozilla 1.3

and please read the release notes and search bugzilla before filling a bug.
