I am going to attach a patch that pushes ::ExtTextOut() and
::GetTextExtentPoint32() from nsRenderingContextWin down to nsFontMetricsWin.
This way, doing further fixups (e.g., bug 52596) can be confined to the one
place of nsFontMetricsWin.
