Somtimes it would be useful to be able to look at the contents of two or more
tabs at the same time. For example if I'm looking at a Java tutorial on XML,
and I want to look up an API for a class.
So it would be useful if I could detach a tab and make it free floating, with
the option of reattaching it later. The kill button on the free floating tab
could come up with a dialogue to ask if you want to kill it or reattach (and
return focus to the previously focussed tab).
