User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.4) The content is drawn underneath the bottom scroll bar when the page scrolls too far over and a horizontal bar appears. This causes a vertical scrollbar to appear which happens to have scroll space equal to that of the pixel height of the horizontal scroll bar. I've tried nesting the code in a table with v-align bottom and it does the same thing. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Load page. 2. If vertical scroll does not appear upon load, resize window. (This is unlikely, but I've seen it happen once or twice.) Actual Results: Element is drawn at invisible bottom of window rather than top of horizontal scrollbar. Even if vertical scroll doesn't appear upon first load, the page is still hidden under the horizontal scrollbar. Expected Results: Once the horizontal scroll appears, it should move the bottom of my element to 0 pixels from the top of the horizontal scrollbar.
