In composer, select and cut a link that was originally defined relative to page
location. When pasted, the link reverts to an absolute (local) file location,
i.e., file:/// etc.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select link that has "URL is relative to page location" box checked in the
link info.
2. Cut
3. Paste
Actual Results:
The "URL is relative to page location" option is no longer checked and link is
set to an absolute (local - hence useless) location.
Expected Results:
Kept the "URL is relative to page location" option upon pasting the link.
