The soft hyphenation with the entities "&173;" or "" does not work, in
Firebird and in Mozilla.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a html-document. Make style "text-align: justify".
2. Enter a long text with long words.
3. Put the entities "&173;" or "" in the long words.
4. Look at the text in Mozilla Navigator or Firebird - there is no hyphenation.
