the junkmail folder cannot be deleted, the "delete folder" menu item is inactive

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. select your junk folder
2. look into menu "Edit"


Expected Results:  
There should be a message explaining why it cannot be deleted or explaining how
it can be deleted.
