This would allow adding the "New Tab" button to the left side of the tab bar, like Mozilla has it, or to move the "Close Tab" button to a different toolbar or off entirely. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Right-click a toolbar and select "Customize..." 2. Move something onto the tab bar. 3. Move the "Close Tab" button off the tab bar. Actual Results: It doesn't work. Expected Results: The buttons should be added/moved/removed accordingly.
