This especially looks bad in iframes where the scrollbars have been turned off for design purposes. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Visit any website with customised scrollbars or with iframes 2. You can see the problem Actual Results: CSS Scrollbar Options made unavailable Expected Results: Scrollbars to be customised as dictated by CSS.
