User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030624 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.5b) Gecko/20030827 Expected behavior: Whenever a Mozilla browser window is no longer the frontmost window, its scrollbar elevators should be greyed out. This is an important visual cue for telling which window or application is focused. Actual behavior: Scrollbar elevators remain bright blue (or dark grey, depending on the color scheme selected in the Apple-provided control panels). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a new browser window. 2. Go to a page that is larger than the window, so as to cause scrollbars to appear. 3. Bring another application or a different Mozilla window to the foreground. Actual Results: Scrollbar elevators remain bright blue. Expected Results: Scrollbar elevators should be greyed out. I'm using the default theme and OS X 10.2.6. I'm also filing a separate bug about text insertion points in form fields continuing to blink in background windows, since that is apparently a Layout: Form Controls issue.
Confirming as a valid enhancement although I'm not sure how easy this will be to do under XUL
