Currently there are 2 problems when one for example first wants to train the
junk-filter prior to (immediatelly) use the "automatic move" of junk-mail to the
junk-folder.
"junk mail controls": When "Move incoming messages determined to be junk mail
to:" is disabled, one is unable to use (select) the "Move them to the "Junk"
folder". It's also not possible to let Mozilla automatically remove junk mail
after xx days when the "Move incoming messages ...." option is disabled.
Both options are required if you properly want to train the filter first.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

2.
