Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.5b) Gecko/20030911 go to the URL http://mozilla.org/quality/browser/standards/html/img_src.html in the bottom of the page, there should be a placeholder of the broken image, as well as the alt text.
The image has no size, so we have no way to decide where to put the placeholder. This is a duplicate of showing little placeholders even when using inline replacement alt text; please find the original bug and mark this a duplicate.
