dbaron {#mozilla} bernd: one of us should test if nsTableRowFrame::GetFrameForPoint can be rewritten to just call nsContainerFrame::GetFrameForPointUsing

If one doesnt do that special handling one cannot select a rowspanned cell in the area that is covered by another row.
