Additional Details :
Mozilla running in X with Latin 2 fonts installed
uses Latin 1 fonts to display pages with win-cp-1250
encoding that advertize (correctly, I suppose)
the encoding with a meta tag
<META http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;
charset=windows-1250">
