Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. open multiple navigator windows with Command+N 2. cycle through them with repeated presses of Command+` Actual Results: focus is lost for one step in cycle Expected Results: focus should return immediately to first mozilla windows at end of cycle
