When I first opened it under Firebird I expectedly got the "blocked popup window" blue sign in the lower left. Clicking on it I attempted to unblock it but apparently my request did not have any effect as the extra windows still do not popup neither do the "Tools - Options - Web Features - Block popup Windows" box shows the corresponding site. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Copy the URL http://www.mtm.ufsc.br/~exel/other/multi.html to your local machine. This is a web page which shows nothing, but pops up four extra windows. 2.Attempt to open it using the protocol file://<name of the local file> 3.You will see the blue "blocked popup window" sign in the bottom left of your main window. 4. Click on it in order to unblock new windows from this "site" (actually your own machine) 5. Try again to see if the popup windows were unblocked (they were not). 6. Look in the "Tools - Options - Web Features - Block popup Windows" box to see if the "site" was unblocked (it wasn't) 7. Please note this bug only happens when you try to open the page mentioned as a LOCAL FILE. Attempting to open it as an http:// protocol does not show the bug. Actual Results: Ublocked popup windows were not. Expected Results: Unblock popup windows from that site (URL'S begining with "file://")
