If you now scroll down the page with the mousewheel the cursor just stays a hand, instead of changing back to an arrow. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Move your mouse cursor on a hyperlink. It becames a hand. 2. Scroll down or up with the mousewheel. Actual Results: The cursor doesn't changes to an arrow Expected Results: if the new position of the cursor is no link, then it should change back to a normal arrow!
