A new view mode that hide all messages from a given folder that has been marked as deleted previously. I use this feature all the time in other popular mail client. Perhaps this can be added like a customized view, adding a new status entry: status is deleted Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
Sorry for the noise, I've forgotten to say that this enhancement is for IMAP accounts.
Ditto here. Better, implementing the Reccomendations for IMAP Clients, where one presents a "message-in-trash" interface for messages marked for deletion would be great.
i think this would be nice on all platforms, not just XP. from my perspective, this should just be another searchable criteria, like "flagged" (see bug #143085).
Could be a dupe of bug 98097?
has there been any progress on this? It's quite frustrating, and seems like it shouldn't be too hard to fix.
