Hebrew text on some pages is displayed as cyrillic sometimes. Usually a reload
fixes the problem. It happened to me on www.ynet.co.il and on some other hebrew
sites. Sometimes shift-reload needed to reproduce the problem.

What setting do you have in the menu for View | Character Coding | Auto-Detect ?
If Universal, this is a dupe of bug 86999.
reporter: if you are *not* using view>character coding>auto-detect>universal
then please reopen this bug and indicate what is selected in that menu.
