I try to insert a Screenshot (ALT-PRINTSCREEN) with  the Combination CTRL-V, 
but Mozilla Mail don't insert the Screenshot in the Mail.

This function was good bei Netscape 4.7x!

Steps to Reproduce:
1.PRINT-SCR (Take the Screenshot)
2.CTRL-V (Insert the Screenshot in the Mail)
3.

Actual Results:  
Nothing

Expected Results:  
Insert the Screenshot
Confirmed on WinXP trunk 2003102004.

I can paste in mspaint.exe and Photoshop, but not in Mozilla Mail.
