I think there is a duplicate report of this, but I couldn't find it. I'm using Build 1999122108 on winNT.

A Good way to reproduce this: 1) On this page click on the OS drop down. 2) grab the scrollbar and scroll up. or down. 3) Now move your mouse to the right until it is now longer above the drop down. 4) Move the mouse up and down and watch as the drop down items are all selected and unselected back and forth.
