Details

As announced on Mozillazine, the NG installer made by Ben has been activated. I think we should have new component for all installer related bugs. They should be reassigned to Ben atm. I can act as Default QA if no one else volunteers. I'm already default QA for the toolbars and menus components and I think I can handle the additional load.
To make the move easier, I've adjusted the summary of all installer related bugs by adding a [INSTALLER] to the summary.
It seems that the installer component has been created. Now we need a default QA. I'm volunteering. I think I can handle one more component besides Toolbars and Menus.
