mozilla instaler on windows always creates mozilla icon on desktop and asks for
creating program group in start menu.

Steps to Reproduce:



Expected Results:  
there should be options not to create any entries on desktop and start menu
Please search bugzilla before you file bugs... this duplicate could easily have
been found by searching for "Start Menu".
