I would love it if the browser would use the colors chosen by the user for the
system menu bars and scroll bars and arrows. Mozilla looks a bit weird with my
current theme in Windows. :)

Summary: Browser menu, and scroll bar don't use system colors. → [RFE] Available skin matching OS System UI colours

Taking the liberty of converting this to a Request for Enhancement, because
otherwise this bug report would get marked INVALID. Mozilla is using a cross-
platform UI whose appearance can be changed by exchanging "skins", so
the UI element colours will not match either Standard windows colours or
those of any Display Control Panel Scheme or Theme.
With that reality, what you are asking for amounts to asking for a skin
that draws its colours from the OS to mimic the selected Scheme or Theme on
Windows.
Changing summary from "Browser menu, and scroll bar don't use system colors"
to "[RFE] Available skin matching OS System UI colours"; changing component to
XUL.
Additional Information:
The default skin, using colours from the 216-colour cube, looks horrendous
on Windows in 16-colour VGA mode - the dithering on the menubar background
and other palces is horrible. I'll try to remember to file a distinct
bug for that, because in that circumstance it *is* a useability bug.
The fix for that would depend on what's being asked for here - which
would then be the default for 16-colour video modes.
