The annoyingness of a bug is not how the severity gets set.

No, this bug is about space-stuffing in front of text that has been entered with
a '>' at the beginning. So is that one; the original reporter of that bug
simply encounters the issue because he composes mail externally with hand-coded
'>' prefixes and pastes the whole thing into a mail message.
