When using bugzilla to track certain types of issues like l10n issue, there are many times "groups" of bugs with very similar reports (which are not duplicate), for example, reports of translation errors in the same dialog box. It would be very useful and time saving to have an option of "create bug report based on this bug" that will create an almost duplicate report, inlcuding a duplication of the description. I know that there is an option of "remember values as bookmarkble template", however it is not very useful in this situation, as these values tend to change too much to often (for example, haveing reported a group of 5 bugs in one menu, the template won't be very useful to report the 4 bugs in the dialog box).
