1.5 start page uses apostrophes that moz 1.5 can't display

In place of apostrophes, http://www.mozilla.org/start/1.5/ uses ’
Unfortunately, due to bug 108231, Linux mozilla often can't display that
correctly, depending on the fonts available; it may display just a box. Since
the start page is the user's first impression of mozilla, can we use normal
single quote characters ('), at least until bug 108231 is fixed?
(I'd be happy to make this change, if there's agreement on it.)

go ahead, Akkana. If you have CVS account, just make the changes. If not, use
the Edit this Page at the bottom to make patches.

Akkana, while you are on it, can you check the FAQ to see if anything need to be

/start/1.5 is fixed.

/start/1.5/faq and the General, Browser and Messengar pages are fixed now.
Also replaced other obscure character literals with ASCII according to
/README-style.html and current comments on bug 44741.
Finally, changed answer to very first question under General to say m.o can now
offer end-user support.
