Reproduction: 1. You have an account A with identity <a@example.com> and an account B with 2 identities (see bug 44863) <b@example.com> (first and thus default) and <c@example.com>. 2. You get an email send "To: <c@example.com>", arriving in account B. 3. You hit reply. Actual result: The Composer selects <b@example.com> as the From address in the dropdown, because that's the default for that account. Expected result: You usually want to send the msg with identity <c@example.com>, the same that the original sender used. Additional Comments: - The same is *probably* true, if you get an email "To: <a@example.com>", arriving in account B, you probably want to reply using <a@example.com> as well, although that identity is not associated with that account. But I'm not sure about that.
