If I try to see any page source with russian letters I can see only Unicode
codes instead of normal russian letters.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open http://chem.kcn.ru/index0.htm
2. Select View Page Source
3. Try to find normal cyrilic letters
Actual Results:
Unable to see russian symbols, with Unicode codes being showed instead.
Expected Results:
I would appreciate seeing russian letters :)

Arkady, could you retest this again like you did for bug 227025 (with a build
dated 2003-12-04 or newer)?
