[1.x suite] building calendar with the suite add "Tools | Calendar" and "Window | Calendar" we should only show "Window | Calendar" note, I see both when looking at the mail 3 pane or the stand alone msg window. browser doesn't have this.

Calendar code is trying to stay unique for suite, firebird and thunderbird. The "calendar" menuitem is being added to "taskPopup" for thunderbird support where there is no "window" menu and that's why it's showing up in two places for mailnews on suite. This patch will collapse that menuitem by default but will uncollapse it for thunderbird.

i've applied it to the last experimental build and tried it for about a week now. Works fine here.

Mostafah, have you tried to contact mscott about the review of this patch? Perhaps mvl could review this or Eric Belhaire, since he did a lot of work on the Thunderbird integration.
