Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Close all windows 2. Select View->Toolbars->Customize Actual Results: All menu items are disabled. No way to exit the customization of nothing, except quitting Firebird. Expected Results: The Customize menu item shouldn't be enabled in the fist place.
