After copy and paste an image with relative link the link of the copy is absolute

If you copy and paste an image with relative link the link of the copy isnt
relative, it is now absolute in the form (file://....)
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. right click on image with relative link
2. copy & paste
Actual Results:
the link of the new image is absolute
Expected Results:
the link should be relative like the one of the original image
who can give me english lessons ?
