download manager window doesn't close with cmd w

When Download Manager is open and I want to close it, the only way is to click
the close box on title bar. The cmd (or apple)+w does not close the download
manager.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Download Manager
2.Press cmd w
3.Nothing happens
Expected Results:
After pressing cmd w, the download manager window should close.
