On unzipping and decoding "Netscape AddressBook" I find that "Mozilla AddressBook" is the resulting file. Possibly a build quirk?

Grace found that this problem manifests itself in the Dec 24th NSMacInstaller build but not the Dec 23rd build.

We are encoding before renaming the shortcuts. The order needs to be swapped. Reassigning to jj. Only affects the commercial builds. The tree should not be held closed for this. The backup .sea.bin exists for both the Mozilla as well as the commercial builds.

fixed BuildCentral (Mac build & packaging script) to decode the files in question before renaming them. 01/04 commercial builds should properly install "Netscape*" shortcuts.
