Status bar gets moved out of the window when it is shrunk vertically.

(I have also had it get hidden under the start menu bar when maximized, but have
not been able to repeat.)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure status bar is visible (View: Toolbars: Status Bar)
2. Resize window vertically, making it smaller, from any resize location.

Actual Results:  
Status bar tries to stay in the window, but eventually gets pushed out.

Expected Results:  
Status bar should stay in the window.

Forgot to say this was using Mozilla Thunderbird 0.4 (20031205) with Windows XP
SP  1.
