Then, every percentage less tha 4 looks zoomed in a 110%-like scale. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. go to a web page (example: http://www.mozilla.org/quality/precheckin-tests.html) 2. try to zoom out the font scale with ctrl+- more times 3. notice that only some particular areas are affected by this problem. 4. if you continue to zoom out, the page will be zoomed in by almost 110% Expected Results: every font/style should be reduced at the expected scale
