Periodically the "Opening..." dialog is cut off. The bottom is right up against
the bottom of the OK button. It's intermittent and did not happen with a 12-11
build.

I'm not quite sure what dialog you mean... could you attach a screenshot?

It's not doing it currently. The dialog is the one that pops up when you click
on a ZIP file for example, and it asks you to download it or open it, etc.

thanks. for future reference, that dialog is called the "helper app dialog"
