The DL duplicated on the same line in Download Manager. The indicator to me that something was amiss was the "flickering" prgress information. I removed one instance and the second instance continued to completion. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Proceed to download a file. 2.Start a second download of the same file. 3. Actual Results: Both instances of the download proceed on a single line in Download Manager. Expected Results: Created a second line of progress information or refused. Perhaps split the download into two downloads?

Correction... It was NOT sourceforge it was sausage.com. The download was Hotdog Professional.
