The mail display pane needs finer control over loading remote images, rather
than an all-or-nothing approach. There are several sites that send me mail that
I'd like to see the embedded images, but would like to not load by default for
spam control purposes.
A couple of approaches would work for this:
1) A list of sending domains that can explicitly load images
2) an option to load images for a specific message
2b) with the option of adding that sender's domain to the list.
Browser settings for remote sites whose images are blocked should be honoured as
well.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

2.
