Details

Bugzilla doesn't link-ify data URLs like it does for http URLs. See http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=228518#c17 for an example. The data URL should be a link. This may be a regression from the b.m.o upgrade, but I'm not sure.
To the best of my knowledge, Bugzilla has never linked data URLs. Also, per the discussion on bug 250730, this is a WONTFIX.
