Using Mozilla Thunderbird 0.5 (20040207)
This is true not only of dragging to IMAP folders, but to any folder. If you
have a forwarded email and try to drag and drop it into a folder it always has
the "no smoking" symbol up and you cannot drop it anywhere. This would be a
killer feature to have and I would assume isn't that hard given the ability
already to drag and drop to the desktop.

That's true. The problem is not limited to IMAP, however; you can't drag the
attachments to any folder.
