Details
When emptying the trash folder, if the trash contains subfolders, we need to
prompt the user that deleting the folder will cause us to lose all messages in
the folder.
A duplicate of the dialog we bring up when you actually delete the folder.
The dialog needs to show the name of the folder and probably needs to come up
for each folder in trash.
