Using build 2000010609m13 on win98 2000010515 on mac and linux when tabbing to
the Display Name field of a New Card, after entering text in the FN/LN fields,
the Display Name should be highlighted for immediate editing by the user.  This
is how it works in 4.7.

1. Launch Messenger
2. Select Address Book from the Tasks menu
3. Select an address book
4. Click the New Card button
5. Type in a First Name, press Tab key to get to the Last Name field
6. Type in a Last Name, press Tab key to get to the Display Name field
7. Tab to Display Name field (notice cursor is placed a the beginning of that
field, should have higlighted the Display Name)

Result: Display Name is not highlighted for immediate editing

Expected: Display Name to be highlighted for immediate editing.
