mail folder with trailing space gets lost on move

If you have a mail folder with a name that contains a trailing space, when you
move it to another folder the moving folder disappears. The actual data is
intact but folder name no longer appears. Maybe linked to message can not move
folder, folder exists alert message. Also appears under my linux build.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. name a folder with a trailing space
2. move that folder
3. restart client
Actual Results:
folder disappers but data remains on disk
Expected Results:
show folder / remove trailing space in folder name

Bug 303729 fixed trailing space problem.

Same problem as Bug 303729 which has clear problem description?
I can not reproduce this bug using SeaMonkey 1.1.9 Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; cs-CZ; rv:1.8.1.13) Gecko/20080313 SeaMonkey/1.1.9
