Currently, doing Accel+Click and Accel+Enter on links opens a new window or tab (depending on browser.tabs.opentabfor.middleclick). It would be more consistent and more useful to open a new window/tab in such cases. Prog.

The loads happen from navigatorDD.js. Go and Search need to check event.ctrlKey / event.shiftKey before doing the load.
